Main parts
1. Boiler body: It is the pressure component of the boiler. The electric heater is located at the top of the boiler.
2. Heating pipe: The heating device of the boiler, which is heated and replaced by heat energy, and the water is heated into steam in a predetermined time. Since the heating part of the heating pipe is completely immersed in water, the thermal efficiency is particularly high.
3. Electric control box: Located in front of the boiler, the heart of the boiler, it can enter the water, heating, protection, automatically. And have the functions of low water level alarm, over pressure protection, leakage protection.
4. Water pump: It replenishes water automatically when the boiler is short of water. The check valve should be replaced in time, otherwise the boiling water will wash the water pump seal and cause the water pump to leak.
5, power controller: it can be converted into electrical switch signal electromechanical conversion device and input the switch signal under different pressure.
6. Safety valve: It is the safety protection device of the boiler. When the pressure is exceeded, the safety valve will open automatically and discharge the pressure to reduce the pressure inside the boiler, thus achieving the purpose of protecting the safe operation of the boiler.
7. Drainage valve: installed at the bottom of the boiler, it can remove the dirt in the boiler completely, and the sewage should not exceed 0.1MPa.
