The electric steam generator adopts an automatic control device to ensure that the liquid controller or high, medium and low electrode probe rod feedback controls the opening, closing, water supply length and heating time of the water pump during operation. The high steam pressure regulated by the pressure relay decreases with the continuous output of steam. When the water level is low (mechanical) or medium (electronic), the water pump will refilled automatically. When the water level is high, the water pump will stop refilled. At the same time, the electric heat pipe in the furnace continues to heat and continuously generate steam. The pointer pressure gauge on the panel or the upper part of the top immediately shows the steam pressure value, and the whole process can be automatically displayed by the indicator light.
The normal operation parameters in the boiler are measured by various thermal monitoring instruments in various parts, and the vehicle data include pressure, temperature, flow rate, water level, current, etc. During normal operation, by monitoring the operation of these parameters, we can analyze and judge the operation condition of the passing road. When an accident occurs, we can also analyze and judge the location and nature of the accident through abnormal data changes, so as to timely deal with the accident and create conditions.
